Automation and instrumentation training courses

Two courses on the SMAR PD-3 Didactic Plant and products were held in the Rio and São Paulo, Brazil units of SENAI organization, the National Industrial Learning Service, by SMAR Training Center teachers. The trainees were area professionals and SENAI instructors.

In Sertãozinho, SP, instructor Rogerio Pessa covered the SMAR Didactic Plant and the CD600Plus Multi-loop Controller. According to him, this module aims at familiarizing automation and instrumentation people with the basic knowledge on the Didactic Plant configuration and operation and the instruments involved in the maintenance procedures of the plant architecture.

In Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ, instructor André Araújo covered the SMAR Didactic Plant on HART technology and instructor Alberto Coretti talked to five SENAI teachers about the Didactic Plant, FOUNDATION Fieldbus version, the practical aspects of the equipment operation and the ProcessView supervisory system.

In Mogi das Cruzes, SP, the training included two sessions presented by instructor José Alberto Coretti, about the SMAR Didactic Plant PD-3/HART and the SMAR Didactic Plant PD-3 FOUNDATION Fieldbus. According to Coretti, these courses will enable teachers with technical knowledge to train other professionals, as a benefit to the industry and the community.
