Smar International Reports Record Sales

SMAR International Division Team at the Quarterly Sales Meeting held in Brazil

The Smar quarterly sales meeting held last April compared current results with the same time period in 2006. The meeting was attended by international sales, engineering, and head office and branch managers, who exchanged experiences used in meeting the annual goals.

Presentations were made by Benedito Sinastre – Production Director, Libanio de Souza – R & D Director, with participation of Marketing Director, Cesar Cassiolato. A discussion and review session followed the presentations.

According to Claudio Borges, International Sales Manager, the final results were positive and 3.6% above the figures estimated for 2007. “It should be emphasized that in January we established a new historical sales record for the international area”, said Claudio.
