Nova Smar S/A has a team of professionals, including engineers and technicians, offering technical support through the Installations and Technical Assistance Department.

As an integral part of SMAR's Assured Quality Division, which guarantees us an excellent interface for the continuous improvement of our products, our department is able to provide the following services:

• Electrical installations and instrumentation projects;
• Execution or supervision of instrumentation and electrical installations;
• Certifications of analog or digital instrumentation installations;
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of systems;
• Monitoring and support in plant start-ups;
• Project operation assistance;
• Support during plant shutdown periods for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance;
• Emergency support and instrument repairs;

All encompassing the following services:

• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning;
• Loop Test;
• Start - Up;
• Assisted Operation.
